So Sweet, yet So Simple... ⚜

I put together this simple summer day outfit fit for ;a laid back, effortless look, yet it's still sweet and bedazzling.

I recently evolved into a shopaholic well i am already one, so i guess an extremist shopaholic!lol! so i thought I'd include some of the items which i recently bought in the outfit below. Enjoy...

Tip: This outfit is perfect for a casual school day

Lately I've been loving the 'Denim Look', i don't know why but everything denim seems to attract me. I think I'm going through an awkward denim phase... again.

This high-low denim blouse is a recent purchase from Pull & Bear new collection, it was a little pricey but i loved the mixture of mildly-rough fabric at the front and smooth soft touch at the back. It's so comfortable and slouchy and that just summons up my type of style.

Tip: Roll up the long sleeves if any for a more laid-back type of look

These skinny jeans are a must have for summer. They're great for a adding a pop of colour to a muted outfit...and they're also cute and girly. I purchased these babies from Dorthy Perkins on sale, and i adore them because they are the most comfortable skinny jeans i own.

Tip: Bright coloured clothes really bring out the outfit, so don't add too much colour

If you're going for a super chilled out, relaxed look then flip-flops are a match. These ones I'm wearing are so comfy because they're flexible. I'm not a big Primark shoe fan but these...j'adore

To me this outfit lacks bling, so i added a peachy embellished head band to make the whole outfit stand out and of course great for when you are not bothered to style your hair and the laziest thing to do is a pony tail.

Of course we can't forget about the accessories.I added a little birdie because i wasn't wearing no necklace or bracelet or ring... so i had to

OOTD: Chic-y Summer ☼

If you live in London, then you probably know that the weather has been a total 'Drama Queen' over the past month; I mean one minute we are flushed by the scorching sun, the second we are drenched by the rain. But I'm sure most of you have adapted this unusual climate and know exactly what to wear! I know i have and below is the outfit i wore displaying how prepared i am for this insane weather.

I've chosen this outfit because i love the colours, they are so summery and bright! I also like the fact that i combine dark jeans and navy blazer with the peachy blouse, it makes the accessorise stand out and gives the whole outfit a much edgyier look

Information as to where to get these items are featured at the end of this blog.

This peachy blouse is a must have this summer, because these bright pastel colours are so in this season.

This navy blazer is light as in it isnt too stuffy and is perfect for a windy summers day. I chose it with the peachy blouse because it really brings it out.

These dark washed jeans are an essential in my closet for every season! i love them so much and they suit anything i wear! They are great for this outifit because the combination of peach colour and dark blue is a match!

I love these cute bow dolly shoes, because i had to chose something darker otherwise i would've been a walking rainbow!! hahah!! so i went with these brown shoes with  cute bow and fringe around the outer top. They are great for a sunny with a chance of light showers type of weather!

The rainbow coloured necklace is absolutely perfect to spice up a plain top and i thought this was a perfect chance to wear my newly bought rainbow necklace. It really brings out the entire outfit and makes it bold.

I have been loving the colour turquoise which you guys probably would read more than once in this post, but its true. I don't know what it is but it just makes me smile. So that's why i chose this beautiful beaded turquoise bracelet to add on this outfit. I also added a gold chain bracelet with it because i thought that the outfit lacked accessorise and i didn't wear a watch.

This armour ring is one of my favourites because its unique and i always get so many people asking me if they can try it on! i mean when i first saw it i was like omg i love this ring. Its perfect for any coloured outfit.

I added these turquoise coloured rings because i have been loving that colour so much this summer. It also adds a pop of colour to the outfit.

The Body Shop Haul/Review ♡

So I recently went to The Body Shop and bought some products that I couldn't take my eyes away from. I love them all, hence the reason I'm writing a positive review on them. I generally love the whole store, especially the skin and hair care products. However I must say that I'm not very fond with the make-up they sell... i mean it could also be because i not a big make-up junkie myself but i do love make-up and on that note lets get started!!  ☺

Strawberry, Mango & Moringa Body Butter:

I am in love with these Body Butters! They smell awesome, not only that but they do awesome to! They hydrate the skin, this is great for people like me who suffer from over-dried, dehydrated skin. I noticed that they soften and soothe my hands, where the dryness is at its best :( I found that they contain Shea Butter which is a natural chemical and a necessity for the skin. This helps keep the skin moisturised and in its best condition. You might think i'm just saying this but honestly my hands get really dry especially during the summer, meaning i must use something to avoid this dryness and maintain a soft and smooth touch of skin. I hate having super dried hands and it gets worse when cuts develop and they start to bleed, it really gets to me sometimes. One more thing about this cream that i adore! It contains Cyclopentasiloxane (a.k.a CPS) which helps retain water while allowing the skin to breath. Basically what it means is that when you applied cream onto your hands and you wash and dry them, the cream will maintain the softness it had on your hands before which means you don't need to apply more cream onto your hands.

TIP: Don't apply this Body Butter onto your face.

Strawberry, Mango & Moringa Shower Gels:

Shower gels were actually the main reason I came into The Body Shop in the first place. These are my favourite shower gels to use so far because they truly do have heavily fragrances that infuse into your nose the moment you open the lid. The one I'm adoring currently is the Mango Extract because according to them 'For years, Indian women have been rubbing the kernels from the velvety mango onto their skin to keep it soft'. One of the ingredients used to make these gels is Cocamidoprupyl betain which allows the water to wash away the dirt and oil on the surface o the skin. I love taking showers before i Head to bed and i like using the strawberry shower gel because weirdly it helps me get to sleep because the scent is really heavy but not to the extent that it annoys you, the good kind of heavy... if that makes sense ha.

TIP: For best results use exfoliating gloves to deeply penetrate through the skin and remove excess oil and dirt lying on the surface of your skin.
